I am a firm believer that everyone can learn to dance. Whether you are naturally gifted or feel that you have two left feet, you should follow your heart’s desires and dance. Don’t let anything stop you from being you. Dancing is not only a great physical workout that improves coordination, creates new neurological pathways and helps you stay healthy. It also has many benefits for your mental health. It releases feel good endorphines, encourages concentration and meditation, and gives you a sense of achievement.
